Todays provincial announcement that the Haldimand- Norfolk
PHU will be returning to Stage Orange next week has paved the way for us to get
back on the ice. We are so excited to have something to look forward to.
In consultation with Norfolk County, it looks like there is
a strong possibility that our session 3 could begin as early as February 17,
2021. In addition, the County has agreed to keep the ice in all facilities
until April 17, 2021. That fits nicely for an 8 week session based on the
framework we set forth for session 3 (3 games and 3 practices every two weeks).
Obviously, we have much to do to pull this off, but I will
keep everyone in the loop over the weekend as to where we are at.
Registration has been reopened for the abbreviated session 3 for those who did not register in December and we have adjusted the session costs to reflect the 8 week vs the original 12 week plan. The new registration costs are as follows.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE SUNDAY FEB 14th @ MIDNIGHT
For those that chose the installment plan, we put a pause on the auto charge scheduled to process on Feb 1, 2021. Unfortunately, once we remove the hold, the original balance will be charged to your credit cards and will not reflect the revised session fee schedule. There is no way to stop this from happening. Anyone who already paid the original costs for Session 3 as well as any affected by this installment plan issue, we will refund the difference between the original and the new fee schedule. These adjustments will be processed as soon as we get the session underway. Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience while we sort out all of the refunds.
