TRYOUT AKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge and understand that the tryout fee of $75.00 is non-refundable. Coaching staff reserve the right to release players after three tryout sessions or anytime thereafter should additional tryouts be required.

All non-resident players MUST have their NON-RESIDENT PLAYER PASSPORT with them to hand in at the first tryout. Players that do not have their form will not be permitted on the ice.
