Glancaster Tournament Champs!
Congratulations U10A Norfolk Knights on winning the Glancaster Veterans Memorial Tournament this weekend!
The team participated in the tournament November 10-12 playing 4 Round Robin games before making it to the finals. Friday they played the Stoney Creek Warriors and came out victorious 3-1. They followed it up with a 3-3 tie against the Burlington Eagles. On Saturday they faced the hometown team, Glancaster Bombers and defeated them in a hard fought game 8-0. The final round robin game saw the Knights face King Township Rebellion; winning 16-0. On Sunday morning the team faced Stoney Creek once again in the finals. The intense game kept the crowd on the edge of their seats until the Knights pulled ahead and didn't look back! They won 7-1 claiming the title of Champions!
