Parent Meeting, Team Calendar, NMHA U8MD, Under-9 (U9) (NORFOLK MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION)

To kick off the season, we’ll be holding a team meeting on Sunday, September 29th, at 9:30 AM, right before our 11:00 AM practice in Simcoe. The meeting will be held upstairs in the community room. This meeting will be a great opportunity for us to:

• Introduce ourselves and get to know each other
• Outline our season’s goals and expectations for players and parents
• Fill in some paperwork
• Officially welcome your players to the team
• Address any questions you might have

In your folder (at the meeting), you’ll find the player health form. I have also attached a digital copy for reference.  This form will be kept confidential in a binder for our trainer, in case it’s needed during the season. I kindly ask that you complete and return this by the end of our meeting or practice.
